This is a fantastic outpatient opportunity to join a well-established Community Health Clinic north of Indianapolis! The group is seeking additional Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physicians to join their team!

Practice Details :

  • Work in a team environment where patients come first
  • Work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and other specialty physicians
