What You'll Do
- The purpose of this position is to connect patients with doctors so they can get the care they need
- Be the warm, friendly first impression for clients in person and over the phone
- Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with clients about services, care plans, preventive needs, and follow-up instructions
- Maintain organized, detailed, and up-to-date client records
- Support our medical team by keeping the front desk running smoothly
- Help create an experience that makes clients feel cared for, informed, and valued

Salary Description
$15.00-$18 / hour
