Job Title : Facility Per Diem Nurse

HiHealthCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Facility Per Diem Nurses to join our team. As a per diem nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts while providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare facilities. Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.

Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii.

Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care, long-term care, or facility-based setting preferred.

Current BLS / CPR certification (additional certifications may be required depending on the facility).

Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
