• Provide advice on health care compliance and regulatory matters, including laws related to billing and reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid, privacy, cybersecurity, and federal and state fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Work with client compliance departments to resolve internal investigations and handle self-disclosures.
• Lead and resolve external audits and investigations.
• Conduct legal research using research tools.
• Educate staff and clients on evolving health care compliance and regulatory issues. Qualifications :
