Supply Chain Intern (Co-Op)

Position Summary :

The Supply Chain Intern will support various functions within procurement logistics inventory management and production planning. This hands-on role is ideal for a student or early-career candidate seeking real-world experience in aerospace manufacturing supply chain operations. The intern will assist with purchase order processing vendor communication data analysis inventory tracking maintenance coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role provides exposure to key supply chain workflows while contributing to cost-effective efficient and on-time operational performance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

Procurement Support

• Assist with preparing issuing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services.
• Support vendor communication including gathering quotes following up on deliveries and verifying order accuracy.
• Help maintain supplier records and participate in vendor performance reviews.
• Participate in identifying cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and market research.
