Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient organization of crews
- Must be able to lead a crew for installation and wiring of traffic signals and light poles
- Facilitate training and coaching to ensure a high standard of excellence
- Recognize and address issues / problems that may arise among crew members and provide effective resolution
- Accountable for following project plans / schedules, ensuring that crews perform activities to meet production goals
- Identify needs and deficiencies in the schedule and communicate these to the appropriate individuals
- Identify, verify, and report any scheduling conflicts with other crews and subcontractors to the appropriate individuals
- Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crews under his / her direction
- Know, understand, and communicate safety policies & procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of safety
- Ensure timely responses, actions, and corrections to any safety issue
Qualifications
IMSA tech certifiedMust have knowledge of electrical safety protocols in field operationsPrior experience with traffic signal lightsAt least 5 years of prior electrical experience in heavy constructionKnowledge of project construction scope and objectiveValid drivers license requiredPre-employment background check and drug screening required.
