The Manager of Data And Insights role is a unique blend of hands-on analytical work and strategic leadership. While serving as a leader who shapes and executes the data and analytics vision, this position also actively participates in the development and implementation of complex analytics solutions. In addition to overseeing and mentoring the Insights Analyst team, the Manager is directly involved in creating and deploying predictive models, benchmarking tools, scorecards, dashboards, and visualizations that drive business results and operational efficiency.

This dual focus ensures that the Manager not only guides and empowers the team but also contributes personally to delivering high-impact, actionable solutions. By combining leadership with direct involvement in analytics and AI initiatives, the Manager is able to guarantee that these solutions are tightly aligned with operational needs, supporting Operations in making faster, smarter decisions and achieving measurable improvements in performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Actively participate in the execution of the enterprise data strategy, ensuring analytics projects directly support business objectives and operational priorities.
• Lead by example while managing and developing the Insights Analyst teamproviding hands-on guidance, mentorship, and fostering professional growth through direct involvement in project work.
• Personally contribute to the creation and delivery of high-quality analytics outputs, such as complex reports, dashboards, benchmarking tools, predictive models, and data mining initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Continuously monitor and adopt emerging market trends, technologies, and best practices in analytics and visualization, implementing innovative solutions that position the organization as an industry leader.
• Serve as a hands-on strategic partner to Operations by translating business needs into actionable data-driven strategies and solutions, and ensuring end-to-end project involvement from concept to deployment.
• Lead and directly engage in requirements gathering and stakeholder consultationsespecially with Operationsto guarantee that deliverables exceed expectations and drive measurable operational value.
