Overview of Position The Lead Finance Systems Analyst oversees complex initiatives across finance systems, providing strategic and technical expertise. Partners with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity across platforms. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Lead design and implementation of cross-functional financial system solutions Serve as a technical expert on ERP data models, integrations, and reporting Drive process optimization and automation initiatives Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business goals What are the requirements needed for this position? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / MBA preferred) Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial systems, technical business analysis, or ERP implementation Deep knowledge of accounting principles, data mapping, and multi-book environments Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and financial reporting tools Proven track record leading system implementations or enhancements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Strong communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders Experience mentoring junior analyst and managing projects Pay Range $86,000.00 - $143,700.00 Expected Application Deadline 08 / 22 / 2025 Any posted application deadline that is blank on a United States role is a pipeline requisition, and we'll continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis.
