Pastry experience : minimum 2 years
Reports to : Pastry Chef
Shift : Morning prep with occasional evening availability
Required knowledge :
- Ability to follow and accurately execute recipes as written
- Familiarity with producing pastry creams, sauces, ice creams, sorbets, bread and cookie doughs
- Ability to adapt to kitchen needs; flexible with producing pastry as well as savory items
- Open to learning new techniques and working with unfamiliar food items
