- looking for a senior person to come in with a lot of experience in performance tuning SQL Azure SSR SSRS reporting
- lead the swat calls problem resolution documentation custom tools that they use : high volume replication Delfix
- most of their environment is 82% on prem but they have AutoNation apps where they have some servers in Azure. AutoNation Mobile services has apps on Azure / AWS
- Looking for DBAs specifically
- Delphix and HVR are ideal but not a deal breaker
