About The Position

Come practice in one of the largest cities in New Mexico, with a delightful 320 days of sunshine each year. The city rests on the banks of the Rio Grande and has access to multiple national forests, 3 national monuments, spectacular year-round golf, world-class Mexican food, and an acclaimed university. El Paso, TX is only a short drive away.

  • Join a team of neonatologists and NNPs
  • Level III NICU with about 1.5k deliveries and nursery coverage
  • NNPs work as first line
  • Work every other week or create a schedule that aligns with the candidate's travel schedule
  • Salary range of $300k - $350k (based on experience); internal moonlighting if desired
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation package
