Telestream is seeking an Order Admin Lead to join our growing Finance team. You will be a key contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. This is hybrid role focused on order acceptance, order management and billing as well as supervising a small team. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter & fast learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is detail-oriented, highly organized and diligent.

Order Admin Lead - Beaverton, Oregon

Responsibilities

• Review and record sales orders and renewals from customers
• Release orders to licensing or manufacturing teams for fulfillment
• Liaise with sales operations on order acceptance requirements
• Resolve credit and rebill requests and invoice customers in an accurate and timely manner while providing an amazing customer service experience
• Manage and review new customer set-up requests and any changes in payment terms and / or credit limits for current customers while ensuring strict adherence to the company policy and guidelines
• Assist with managing sales backlog
• Supervise order admin team and provide guidance on order processing issues
• Participate in other special projects and initiatives as assigned
