Program Specialist, NOS
Support and execute event activations, manage scheduling and logistics, and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with multiple teams is critical to ensuring seamless operations and successful program execution.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist with implementing scheduled events and activations, ensuring smooth logistics and setup.
- Coordinate transportation, product distribution, and supply management for events.
- Ensure branding, equipment setup, and team presentation meet program guidelines.
- Assemble and break down event structures such as tents, staging, and truss systems.
- Support activations, sampling, and promotional activities to enhance audience interaction.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to align event details and logistics.
- Assist in the upkeep of storage facilities, inventory, vehicles, and event equipment.
- Collect and report on key event data to support program improvements.
- Assist with recapping event activations and team performance for internal review.
- Help with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and program documentation.
Job Specifications :
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Communications or related field of studyMinimum 1 year of experience in event production, tour support, brand ambassador, product managementMinimum 1 year of experience in coordinating eventsProficient knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Programs Word, Excel, Access, Power PointBase Pay Range : USD $63,750 - USD $85,000
