Financial Analyst

Concentric Innovation is seeking a Full-Time Financial Analyst to be responsible for :

Daily portfolio rebalances.
Running portfolio / transition analysis as requested by clients.
Month-end / quarter-end reporting and performance review processes.
Working directly with clients to answer questions on performance, portfolio implementation, and how the strategies are constructed.
Working with senior management to analyze and test various aspects of the portfolio construction process.
Coming up with ideas to improve the portfolio construction process and to enhance the trading / operational workflow.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related STEM field.

Working knowledge of portfolio optimizations.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with portfolio managers and clients.

Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills and a high work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with mean-variance optimizations a plus.

Knowledge or familiarity with tax-aware optimizations, socially responsible investing, or factor-based investing.

Programming skills (Python preferred).

Concentric Innovation's expected starting base compensation range for the position as of the time of this posting is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. The actual base compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training. The successful candidate(s) may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus award.
