Electrical Project Manager

Our client specializes in wiring, controls, security systems, voice and data technology, fiber optics, design build, and emergency backup services for the country's leading contractors, commercial and institutional leaders, medical centers, data centers, sports arenas, and much more. The Electrical Project Manager will have experience managing electrical equipment installation. Most work will be for data centers, and the project manager can expect to be involved with the project from the design phase (design build and design assist) all the way through the application of the design and completion of the project.

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management.
3 plus years of project management experience in the electrical engineering field or construction industry with a focus on electrical work.

Responsibilities :

All phases of electrical work including project acquisition (identification, estimating strategy, cost / proposal development, negotiation, value engineering, site logistics review, pre-fabrication planning)

Project preconstruction (team development, planning, procurement)

Project construction (scheduling, team / relationship building, change management, issue resolution, cost projections, billing)

Project close-out (final documentation, owner training, contract reconciliation, final billing)

Hours : M-F 9-4 core hours

Pay Rate : 39-$60 hr

Term : 6 month temp to perm
