Our client, a State Agency, is seeking an experienced GIS contractors to develop, implement, and maintain a robust Enterprise GIS system for their Transportation and Development. Contractors will design and build GIS-based solutions for data extraction, translation, collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. This includes creating interactive dashboards and web mapping applications.

Contractors will provide comprehensive GIS support, including but not limited to :

  • Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
  • Deployment and implementation of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
  • Configuration and development of web applications

Our client has invested in a suite of GIS technologies, including but not limited to :

  • Esri ArcGIS Suite : For enterprise GIS capabilities.
  • Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) : For data transformation and integration.
  • VertiGIS Studio and Inline : For web map development.
  • Tableau : For data insights, visualization and analysis.
  • PMGs HPMS / SLD Manager : For highway performance management system data and straight line diagraming.

    • Contractors will deliver well-documented, efficient, and sustainable GIS solutions. Knowledge transfer through training and documentation is essential.

    Expertise and / or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory :

  • ESRIs Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
  • Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
  • Deployment and implementation of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
  • Configuration and development of web applications
  • Publishing of web services.

    • Expertise and / or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable :

  • Vector and raster datasets
  • Linear Referencing Methods and Systems
  • Pavement Management System
  • Traffic Monitoring System
  • Construction Management System
  • Asset Management System
  • Project Systems
