We currently have an opening in our Charleston office for an Associate Attorney in the Financial Services / Creditor Rights practice group. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package in a professional, congenial work environment with a clear path for advancement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow within a team that represents regional and national financial institutions, lenders, and property owners in a broad range of creditor rights matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early, manage cases directly, gain significant courtroom experience and mentorship from experienced practitioners with deep industry knowledge.

Practice Areas Include :

• Bankruptcy : motion practice, adversary proceedings, hearings, and claim enforcement.
• Foreclosure : residential and commercial foreclosures from initiation through judgment and sale.
• Collections : prosecution of collection actions, judgment enforcement, and related litigation.
• Landlord–Tenant : representation of landlords in both residential and commercial disputes.
