Position Summary :
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Controller to lead and evolve our accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and growth-minded professional with experience building scalable financial infrastructure and driving process improvements. You will report directly to the CFO and work cross-functionally to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR / AP, payroll, fixed assets, and revenue recognition
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare internal and external financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Develop and improve financial policies, systems, and internal controls
- Partner with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Mentor and develop a small but growing accounting team
- Some travel required (10% - 20%)

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level rolesStrong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks)Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
