Position Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Controller to lead and evolve our accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and growth-minded professional with experience building scalable financial infrastructure and driving process improvements. You will report directly to the CFO and work cross-functionally to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR / AP, payroll, fixed assets, and revenue recognition
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare internal and external financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance
• Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Develop and improve financial policies, systems, and internal controls
• Partner with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Mentor and develop a small but growing accounting team
• Some travel required (10% - 20%)
