Job Full Description

We're looking for skilled and dependable Welders to join our team! The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and quality standards, with a commitment to safety and precision.

  • Must have experience

Responsibilities :

  • Read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
  • Inspect parts prior to fitting to ensure proper alignment and orientation
  • Visually inspect joints for cleanliness and correct depth
  • Fit and weld parts within specification
  • Perform flat and horizontal GMAW welding
  • Perform flat, horizontal, and vertical flux core welding
  • Clean and prepare parts after welding
  • Operate overhead cranes safely, including rigging inspections and proper lifting techniques
  • Complete and pass all required weld qualification tests
  • Follow all welding work instructions and consistently weld within parameters
  • Weld with up to 1 / 16" wire
  • Utilize the air arc process as needed
  • Complete operator sign-offs and record work in the time matrix system
  • Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and actively participate in safety initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous welding experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials using cranes and rigging equipment
  • Must be able to pass a weld qualification test
