Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet patients professionally and respectfully
Perform considerable data entry of patient information
Process cash sales using a moderately complex system
Dispense medical equipment (e.g., rollators, walkers, canes, bath safety items)
Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling
Handle email correspondence as needed
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic setting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
