Journeyman Geolocation Operator

Geo Owl is seeking multiple individuals to become a part of an elite group. We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Geolocation Operator with foreign language proficiency to join our dynamic intelligence team. This role requires expertise in both geolocation operations and foreign language analysis, supporting critical national security missions. The ideal candidate possesses advanced technical skills, language proficiency, and a proven ability to produce actionable intelligence from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced geolocation operations using multiple technologies and methodologies.
  • Apply foreign language skills to process, interpret, translate, or analyze intelligence materials.
  • Produce accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence reports for operational and strategic use.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate geolocation and language data into intelligence production.
  • Maintain current certifications in basic operations and passive geolocation methods and technologies.
  • Continually develop geolocation and language competencies to support increasingly complex missions.

Required Qualifications

  • Current certifications in basic operations and passive geolocation methods and technologies.
  • ILR Level-2 proficiency in one or more of the following languages : Levantine, Yemeni, Iraqi, Maghrabi, Farsi, Pashto, Russian, Chechen, or Somali.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in language processing competencies such as interpretation, translation, gisting, document analysis, teaching, or other skills applicable to intelligence analysis and production.
  • TS / SCI clearance with polygraph.

  • Current or previous experience conducting advanced geolocation operations within a multi-technology, foreign-language environment.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain increasingly complex geolocation and language competencies.
