Financial Analyst

Overview

The Financial Analyst works closely with the broader Finance and Accounting teams to provide detailed insights and accompanying analyses that offer line of sight into the financial health and performance of the business. The Financial Analyst supports corporate and operations leadership while serving as a trusted resource able to consistently and accurately execute financial analyses that shape the direction of the business with the support of finance managers and directors.

Hybrid position : On-site minimum 1 day per week at ATIs Corporate office in Downers Grove IL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing cross-functional financial reporting and contributing to the communication of monthly financial results.
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts providing and quantifying business insights through variance analysis and strategic problem-solving.
• With the support of the team coach appropriately challenge and encourage ATI Leaders in business optimization.
• Analyze data provide insights and partner with ATI Leaders to develop strategy.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on complete datasets build advanced forecasting models and interpret results to influence decisions.
