Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings, including industry training sessions. Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills. Previous reception or front desk experience preferred. Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft if needed. Proficiency in using standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, calculator, copier, fax). Ability to work on a computer for extended periods. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Description :
- Operate a multi-line phone system to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
- Answer incoming communication lines with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
- Direct calls promptly to the appropriate destination.
- Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery via written or voice message.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of Associate schedules to assist with call routing and availability.
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, clients, applicants, and other guests; notify appropriate Associate upon arrival.
- Direct guests to appropriate locations within the office.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as requested.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
