• Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, digital media, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional web development experience.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
• Understanding of web accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in person and virtually.
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven, complex, team-based environment with multiple priorities
