Corporate Allocations Analyst

Description

Primary Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Allocations Analyst to lead the allocation of corporate costs across our investor funds. This role will ensure that allocation methodologies are applied accurately and consistently, while also identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and precision in our processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, advanced Excel expertise, and a proven ability to develop and streamline allocation methodologies within a corporate or property management environment.

Skills & Competencies :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in property management or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across departments.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company-wide data.
