Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location : Dallas TX (On-site)

A fast-growing contract-based services organisation is entering its next phase of scale and is searching for a Chief Operating Officer to work side-by-side with the CEO. This is a pivotal moment in the companys evolution offering the chance to bring discipline structure and strategic clarity to a business poised for significant expansion.

The COO will oversee all operational functions (excluding finance) lead a team of department heads toward stronger systems consistent performance and sustainable growth.

Youll step into a company at roughly $20M in annual recurring revenue with a mandate to help double or even triple that scale. Your work will directly shape the organisations operational rhythm cultural consistency and long-term market position.
