We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.

Compensation : $16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Oversee online and print marketing efforts
• Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
• Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
• Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
• Manage schedules, calls, and email communications for the leadership team.
• Organize transactions, track projects, and maintain orderly systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Enter data and notes into CRM systems (Go High Level, Microsoft 365, Teams).
• Prepare simple reports, client packets, and marketing materials.
• Anticipate needs — spot what’s missing, fix it, and keep things running.
