Description & Requirements Maximus is hiring a Clinical Program Manager to support the DE PASRR program.
The Program Manager is the profit / loss manager for the program and is responsible for managing the finances of the program.
The Program Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues with the client, handling operational items, ensuring assessments are conducted timely and with high quality, and notifying the client of any issues that may arise. This is a remote position with occasional travel as required by business needs. About the program : We work with the State of Delaware - Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DHSS / DMMA) to administer the federally mandated Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) through a web-based system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Supervise a designated team of unit staff - Responsible for the training and development of unit staff - Monitor the activities, schedules, productivity and work product results of the assigned unit - Review clinical documentation including pending denials for each assigned staff member in real-time - Collect QA information from assigned staff - Disseminate policy, protocol change, and ensure implementation - Lead regular team meetings and act as the point-person for assigned staff - Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure customer satisfaction - Promote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations - Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position - Responsible for managing all aspects of contract expectations which include : financial review, client management and effective delivery of service level expectations. - Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 4 years direct organizational and operational experience - Minimum of 4 years of PASRR Level I and PASRR Level II experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently Preferred Requirement : - Experience with ServiceMatters+ and PathTracker - Previous Supervisor experience preferred Home Office Requirements : - Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment - Reliable high-speed internet service - Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity - Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds - Private and secure workspace #ClinicalServices #LI-Remote EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information and other legally protected characteristics. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.
Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Minimum Salary $ 80,000.00 Maximum Salary $ 85,000.00
