Compensation :
80,000 - $250,000+ yearly
Responsibilities :
Assist clients in buying and selling propertiesProvide guidance and support throughout the home-buying / selling processManage a pipeline of buyer and seller leadsHost open houses and property showingsCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendorsUtilize in-house transaction coordinatorsStay current with the local real estate market and industry trendsQualifications :
Must have an active Tennessee and / or Mississippi Real Estate License (or be in the process of obtaining one)Self-motivated, driven, and willing to follow proven systemsMust possess a positive attitude / outlookStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA desire to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentWillingness to learn and grow within the industry (Be Coachable)Basic understanding of technology and CRM toolsAbout Company
