A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Project Manager
Position type : Full-time Contract
Duration : 2 months
Location : Columbus, OH (Remote)
As a Project Manager , you will :
- Helping in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, adjusting plans, as necessary.
- Managing project presentations, update / tailor presentations to client specifications and provide final presentations to leadership.
- Leading and managing project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitating team meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- A majority of team meetings and updates are pre-meeting notes / minutes, or pre-meeting presentations that need to be sent out on a regular basis.
- Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders. Ensuringstakeholder requirements are met, and expectations are managed.
- Providing regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR.Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)Thank you!

Pay Range
