Full-time Night shift, 12 hour shifts 7PM-7AM. 36 hrs / week, every 3rd weekend requirement and holiday rotation

Eligibile applicants can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 2 years

Marshalltown Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med / Surg team. Our 16-bed inpatient unit provides care for a diverse patient population, including general medical, telemetry, surgical, and pediatric patients. As part of our team, you will encounter high-acuity patients while being supported by a collaborative and dedicated group of healthcare professionals.

As a Registered Nurse on our Med / Surg unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the Medical Plan of Care. You will function as a primary nurse or charge nurse, ensuring the highest quality of patient care in alignment with the philosophy and objectives of UnityPoint Health-Marshalltown Hospital. In this role, you will exercise accountability, responsibility, and authority while demonstrating autonomy in your practice. Additionally, you will serve as a role model and resource person, utilizing your expanded knowledge and expertise to guide and support the team.
