Description
Purpose : To support the IT Manager by providing assistance in maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the IT ticket system (Fetch) to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests efficiently.
- Support and maintain track timing systems, internal phone systems, and analog / digital radio systems.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber, copper, and wireless networks across the facility.
- Provide IT support for all VIR infrastructure, including PC and server systems, printers, and A / V equipment
- Manage and optimize timing loop data systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Oversee and maintain security systems, ensuring reliable protection and efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality A / V signals are supplied to hotels, hospitality tents, and other buildings.
- Support PA systems and event audio production.
- Assist with vendor coordination for network, audio, and video needs.
- Log and report IT issues, track job assignments, and support external businesses in the VMTP, and WISP.
Systems of Knowledge :
Power BI, Quickbooks, Maestro, Silverware, Google Suite, Office 365, Windows Server, Remote Desktop Protocol, Timing Loops, PA System, Cable, Apple Systems, Perry Weather System, Direct TV, and Fiber
Requirements
