JOB HIGHLIGHTS
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler . You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the schedule of their direct care staff.
Responsibilities :
Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when neededCoordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metricsReceiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordinglyPredicting and filling future schedule needs based on Paid Time Off requestsAssisting with the onboarding of new associatesCultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as neededAdhering to company policies , procedures and safety guidelinesBenefits :
