This position with Perkins & Co provides an excellent opportunity for an accounting student to gain exposure to life at the firm, experience a busy season, build relationships, gain experience working in a professional office environment, and perform basic level tax quality assurance work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate meeting services, including placing catering orders, setting up rooms, and ensuring AV equipment is ready
• Provide administrative support to the Tax department by reviewing tax forms and scanning documents
• Greet visitors, manage access badges, and handle phone inquiries
• Keep meeting rooms and common areas organized, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist with mail processing, package handling, and inventory management
• Provide backup support to team members as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Pay Rate : $21 per hour
