We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual contributor to fill the position of  AI Language Model Engineer within our  AI Center of Excellence group based in Houston, TX.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design the right machine learning model architecture and model type
• Design workflows for language model deployment.
• Choose the right language model for a particular application.
• Perform prompt engineering, pre-processing, and post-processing to optimize the output for suitability.
• Work with domain experts to assess model quality.
• Perform fine-tuning when necessary.
