Master Cook

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for aiding in the organization, coordination, and preparation of hot and cold food production.
• Maintenance of quality and portion control.
• Maintenance and sanitation of cooking equipment in the kitchen and on the mobile culinary lab.
• Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly complying with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Training and mentoring youth in basic culinary arts.
• Performing other kitchen duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
• Prior catering experience is a plus.

Must have reliable transportation, and be flexible as work location and job responsibilities are subject to change.
