Salesforce QA Automation Lead

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for Salesforce platforms.
• Identify areas for improvement in test processes, analyze results, and troubleshoot defects.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with Agile delivery timelines.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test strategies, plans, and data.
• Participate in requirement reviews to gain insights into functional specifications and provide feedback.Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques, including functional, regression, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales / Service Clouds and web component automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD
• Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as WebDriver IO. Required Skills :
• 5+ years of experience in QA, including designing and developing test automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebDriver IO.
• 1+ years of experience in API Automation using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or ReadyAPI.
• 1+ years of experience in Azure DevOps for defect management, test management, and repository usage. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.
