A company is looking for an HR / People Business Partner (Remote EST / CST).
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development of onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
Provide employee relations guidance and manage HR functions such as employment and labor relations
Conduct training on various topics including performance management and diversity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; PHR / SPHR certification is a plus
5-8 years of demonstrable experience in HR
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach
