Customer Service Representative
FedTec is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who will support the Housing Choice Voucher Program by handling customer interaction.
Location : Richmond VA
Job Type : Contract
Responsibilities :
- Respond to phone calls and email requests on a daily basis
- Maintain customer service records
- Resolve customer complaints provide resources to customers
- Provide the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
