Coverage Dates : 22 days per month ongoing

Shift Schedule : Monday through Thursday 8am to 4 : 30pm. Call if needed 24 hours Supervise 3 NPs

Call Schedule / Responsibilities : on call 24 hours. Assigned and unassigned patients

Type of Patients / Cases : Bladder cancer, Erectile dysfunction, Incontinence, Kidney stones, Overactive bladder, Testicular cancer, Urologic infections, and stones Cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy

Patients per Day / Volume : 20 patients in clinic

Life Certifications / Qualifications required (to include specific board) : Urology

Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified

EMR : Epic

Support Staff : Three NPs, clinic registration and nurse

Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days

Trauma Level : no designation
