JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active Ohio license required; IMLC accepted with clean background

Board : Board Certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology

DEA : Required

CSR : Ohio CSR required

Certifications : ACLS and BLS required

Experience : Previous electrophysiology experience expected

Other Qualifications : Willingness to license in Ohio if needed; teaching hospital experience not required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide electrophysiology cardiology services in an outpatient and hospital setting

Perform EP-related procedures and diagnostics

Conduct hospital rounding and outpatient consults

Manage EP lab responsibilities 24 days per week

Participate in night call and 24-hour weekend call rotations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Adhere to department protocols, credentialing, and hospital standards
