Position Summary

The Part-Time Faculty - NCLEX Success Coach is a specialized faculty / staff role focused solely on supporting nursing students as they prepare for the NCLEX licensure examination. This individual will provide individualized and group coaching sessions, test-taking strategies, content review, and remediation support to improve student confidence and first-time pass rates.

This position is ideal for a nursing professional who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and empowering future nurses to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group NCLEX coaching sessions, both in person and virtually.
• Guide students in critical thinking, test-taking strategies, and NCLEX-specific study techniques
• Collaborate with nursing faculty and leaders in curriculum and evaluation processes
• Collaborate with nursing faculty and leadership to ensure identify students in need of additional support.
• Develop and recommend study plans tailored to student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress.
• Encourage professionalism, resilience, and confidence in students preparing for licensure.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, aligned with faculty / staff pay scales for part-time appointments.
