Construction Litigation Attorney

One of our clients is seeking a Construction Litigation Partner-Level Attorney with 10 years of experience and a book of business to join their growing team. This role is fully in-office with no opportunities for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction litigation including handling contract disputes defect claims and lien enforcement cases. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases from pre-litigation through trial.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage caseloads of construction disputes with varying complexity
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs
• Conduct depositions mediations and court appearances
• Collaborate with clients witnesses and experts to develop case strategy
• Negotiate settlements effectively and efficiently
