Positions Primary Objective : Install Radon Mitigation Systems into existing homes following a proven strategy that you will learn in training. Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Make Customers Happy : Keeps customer's home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found.
Get Work Done :

Safely and efficiently performs installation duties.

Collects payment from the customer when the job is completed.

Completes installation at / or below the defined labor percentage.

Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck.

Safety : Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and calls out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
