Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and safety standards. You will provide expert pharmaceutical care and patient counseling to ensure optimal medication use, while maintaining and safeguarding confidential patient information and controlled substance records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve medication-related issues.
• Utilize multiple pharmacy systems and reference tools to support clinical decisions and workflow efficiency.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a Monday to Friday first shift, with hours from 8 am to 4 pm, flexible to 9 am to 5 pm. The office is closed on Sundays. The dress code is casual, allowing you to be comfortable while making a difference. Pharmacists holding an active Kentucky Pharmacist License can work remotely.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southgate, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $64.00 / hr.
