Job Brief
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of customer-facing and internal projects from kickoff through completion. You’ll partner with customers, engineering, field services, and leadership teams to ensure projects are on track, on budget, and exceed expectations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and solving complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning
- Define project scope and goals in coordination with sales and leadership.
- Build detailed project plans with timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and staffing partners to assign the right talent to each project.
- Execution & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project execution based on the plan.
- Track deliverables, manage timelines, and mitigate risks and delays.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders via status meetings and reports.
- Escalate issues quickly and work cross-functionally to drive resolution.
- Customer Engagement & Closure
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate documentation and project close-out, including lessons learned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS / BA required)2+ years of experience managing technical or engineering projects (telecom or network infrastructure a plus)Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira)Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a high level of organization and attention to detailExperience working with cross-functional and customer-facing teamsBonus Points for
PMP, CAPM, CSM, or ITIL certificationsExperience with telecom deployments, utility networks, or automation systems
