Nights : 5 pm to 8 am (15-hour shifts), 2-3 Night shifts per week. Compensation : Base Pay-$42.00 to $60.53 (DOE) When called to provide patient care. Differentials-$2 for weekends and $5 for night shifts. Flat Shift Rate of $15 for night-standby shifts. What You Get to Do : Assess patients and families to determine health needs. Coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers. Provide physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Administer medications and comfort procedures. Educate patients and families on healthcare instructions. Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team. Required Skills & Qualifications : Valid Oregon RN License. Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test. Graduate of an accredited nursing school. One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience. Current automobile insurance is required. A valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation. Valid CPR Certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
