The Equipment Repair & Install Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pumps, heaters, filters, control systems, and other pool-related components. This hands-on position requires mechanical expertise, a strong understanding of pool automation, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot swimming pool equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair pool pumps, filters, heaters, and related components.
• Install and maintain automated control systems, chemical automation, and pool lighting.
• Perform programming, calibration, and troubleshooting for automation systems (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward, etc.).
• Execute plumbing work on equipment pads as needed for installations or repairs.
• Test equipment to ensure proper operation and efficiency after servicing.
• Recommend upgrades or replacements when repairs are no longer cost-effective.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining repair options, timelines, and costs.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and work completed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while on-site.
