Bilingual Infant Teacher

About the Role

We're looking for a caring and dedicated Bilingual Infant Teacher (Spanish / English) to join our Kïdo EaDo team . In this role, you'll provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can thrive. Guided by our values of Listen, Learn, and Lead , you'll support each child's development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

What You'll Do

  • Create a warm, responsive classroom where infants feel secure and valued
  • Design age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Communicate with families through regular updates and observations
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices and ensure a supportive environment
  • Continue your own growth with ongoing professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or CDA)
  • 1+ year of experience with infants in a licensed childcare program
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of infant development and best practices in early learning
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
