Position Summary : The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for processing and monitoring AP transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining proper documentation of financial records. This role will also be responsible for assisting the accounting department with administrative items such filing, recordkeeping, data entry, invoicing, and other tasks as assigned. 

Key Roles / Responsibilities :    

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management.
• Supervise, and train AP staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve payment batches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation (W-9s, contracts, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze AP aging reports and other financial reports as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
